Fishing

Lake St. Martin offers up endless hours of fishing opportunities for walleye, northern pike, freshwater drum and bow fishing for carp in the spring.

The Dauphin River is the hot spot!

Tackle used for fishing is blades, different colored beads and floats. Jigs for walleyes and of course spoons and lures that are attractive to pike work as well.

River fishing techniques are good to know to improve your catch rates.

Barbless hooks are mandatory.
